Sean McNamara has spent more than 15 years building his career in construction, starting in the field as a carpenter and working his way up to supervisor. That hands-on experience gives him a practical understanding of what it takes to move a project from plans to completion.

Today, Sean is responsible for overseeing multiple projects, including remodels and new builds. He brings a steady, get-it-done approach to the work and understands the importance of keeping the details, schedule, and people moving in the same direction. From his early days on the tools to his role leading jobsites, Sean has built his experience one project at a time.

Matt Jonas brings years of customer service experience and a hands-on approach to his work in construction. He enjoys working directly with people and understands how important clear communication, follow-through, and a positive experience are throughout a project.

Matt works closely with subcontractors and owners, helping keep everyone connected as the work moves forward. His approachable style and willingness to get involved make him a valuable part of the team, whether he is coordinating with the trades or helping an owner navigate the details of a project.

Scott Farnham brings more than 30 years of experience in the HVAC business to BTS Construction. He started in the warehouse and worked his way through the industry to leading field operations. That path gave Scott a strong, hands-on understanding of the work and the people behind it.

After building his career in HVAC, Scott made the move to work directly with a general contractor. He now brings that depth of trade experience, practical perspective, and leadership to the broader construction team. His years in the field and steady approach make him a valuable part of the team.
