We met Brent Stoltenberg through First Florida Development & Construction company. He was the Project Manager for the construction of our new house in Ranch Colony in Jupiter. From the very start, his passion for excellence and attention to detail were evident. We built our house during the difficult economic times of covid and supply shortages. Brent was able to avoid many problems by securing building materials and supplies before they were actually needed. We did not experience long down times like other houses under construction during the 2021-2022 time period because of his diligence. 

When Brent left First Florida to pursue his own construction company, we hired him as an advisor to the final building stages of our new home and to perform renovations on our existing home to ready it for sale. Despite labor shortages and other economic issues beyond his control, these projects were completed on a timely basis. Our old home was sold and we moved into new home in April of 2023. He is our number one go-to when we have questions or need help with any post-construction issues.
